Green tripe refers to the lack of processing, which means these enzymes remain in the food and available to aid in the digestion of your pet's meals. Tripe has been shown to contain phosphorus and calcium in a 1:1 ratio, as well as lactic acid bacteria ( good for digestion) as well as Linoleic and Linolenic Acids (EFA).Tripe is an excellent source of protein, vitamins, enzymes and beneficial bacteria. It boosts the dogs digestive system and is an integral part of a biologically appropriate diet.
